Roof and tree works at Hagley Hall

Hagley Hall is the home of 12th Viscount Cobham with part of the house available for both private and corporate functions.

Our work included roof repairs to the random slate on the house corner towers and a height reduction of the beech trees on the front lawn.

Internal Partition Construction

A partition erected inside a workshop at Hill and Moor waste site to help with dust control.

Sheets were lifted to height and clamped to the steel framework of the building.

Overhead cable replacement Network Rail

Providing the powered access with operator at Chester Main Station our work was to install a new 48 Core Signal Cable into the overhead gantry that crosses the tracks.

Working inside a T3 rail possession order the signaling cable was installed into the overhead gantry using two MEWPs working towards each other.

Replacement of fallen under cloaking board and re pointing work on the gable end of a slate roof at The Mill in Porters Mill.

High Access Glazing Repairs

Heart of Worcestershire College instructed Fletcher Access to supply and fit high level glazing replacments to buildings next to the River Severn in Worcester.

 Tracked powered access was used from neighbouring Worcester City Council park land.

Glass replacements were made to the 4th floor level and windows situated above fragile roofs.

Viaduct Maintenance

Severn Valley Railway north viaduct in Bewdley was cleared of vegetation growth and sections of sandstone surveyed for future maintenance work. 

The overhead work involved a lane closure with traffic management and assistance from SVR volunteers.

Working inside the lane closure the long reach tracked machine was used to gain access over the rooftops of properties on the left of the picture.

Severn Valley Railway

The Severn Valley Railway is a heritage railway in Shropshire and Worcestershire, England. The 16-mile heritage line runs along the Severn Valley from Bridgnorth to Kidderminster.



Fletcher Access replaced high level fixings along the entire length of the fire wall in the carriage shed at Kidderminster which is over 300 meters long.

Bird Deterrent Spikes

Malvern Instruments chose Fletcher Access to install bird spikes to protect selected areas of the roof from perching and roosting pest birds.

Fletcher Access supply and fit either stainless steel or polycarbonate spikes.

High Access CCTV Maintenance

Fletcher Access have worked with Worcester County Council to service its high level CCTV cameras at park and ride sites around the City.
